Please place your order at least 1 week before your event. We will make every effort to accommodate last-minute requests, but this lead time is necessary to ensure that the freshest ingredients and adequate staff are available.
We realize that emergency cancellations do occur, and we'll do our best to avoid any cancellation charges. If an order is canceled at least 72 hours in advance, we can usually avoid any charges except for specially ordered food products or prepared foods that cannot otherwise be utilized. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur charges for any food, labor and other costs.
We will provide price estimates to you within 48 hours of your request. The prices quoted are for services provided during our normal business hours of 7:00am EST to 2:00pm EST. Arrangements can be made for after-hours catering at an additional charge.
The catering menu serves as a guideline for you to use while planning for your event. We are happy to create custom menus and can accommodate dietary requirements and preferences like vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and others. Allergen-free meals will be labeled as such.
Catering orders are served with quality disposable ware, which is included in the price. China, linens, flowers, decorations, serving staff, chef services, bartenders, and other custom services are available at an additional charge, which will be quoted separately. Any unreturned or damaged catering equipment will be billed at full cost.
Alcoholic beverages can be served upon request but must be purchased and provided by the requestor. RAMP-certified servers are required for any events featuring alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages may only be served to those who are at least 21 years old.
If you are planning to pay for your event using a cost center, documentation of
approval by the cost center manager is required.
Other forms of payment include all major credit cards and checks. Payment is due
in full by the end of the last business day of the week of your event.
